All wall murals in our store, including custom wall murals made to order, are printed on demand after purchase. We do not keep them in stock. Because each mural is made for a specific order and printed on the material selected by the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer, or personal preference.

We will provide a full reprint or refund if your mural arrives visibly damaged in transit, has a significant printing defect (such as color banding, misalignment, or blurry printing), or if we ship the wrong item due to our error.

We do not accept claims for an incorrect size or material selected at checkout, damage or errors during installation, or differences between colors displayed on a screen and the printed mural.

Please inspect your mural before installation. Lay all numbered panels on the floor and check their alignment, size, and print quality before hanging any panel. Once a panel has been partially or fully applied to the wall, the product is considered accepted, and we cannot process claims under this policy.

To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem. We respond within 2 business days.
