How long does delivery take?
Every mural is printed to order. Production takes 5 business days, followed by 7–10 days shipping to the US and EU. Total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 15 days.
Do you offer custom murals?
Yes — all murals in our store are available in custom sizes. Choose any design from our collection and we will print it to fit your exact wall dimensions. As an additional option, we also print murals from your own photo or artwork.
To place a custom order:
- Go to the Custom Wall Mural section on our website.
- Fill in the order form with your wall dimensions, design preferences, and any additional details.
- Submit the form and we will get back to you within 2 business days to confirm your order and next steps.
For photo murals, we will enhance the image quality, adapt it to your size, and prepare it for print. You will approve the final layout before we go to print.
What file format do I need for a custom photo mural?
For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution files (minimum 150 DPI at print size). JPEG, PNG, and TIFF formats are accepted. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, send it to us and we will review it at no cost.
How many panels will my mural come in?
Your mural will be delivered in multiple numbered panels. The number of panels depends on the size and design you choose. Each panel is clearly numbered so assembly is straightforward.
What size should I order?
We recommend measuring your wall carefully before ordering. Standard sizes can be trimmed on site for a perfect fit. If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order.
Will the colors match what I see on screen?
Color accuracy varies between monitors, phones, and tablets — every screen displays colors differently. Printed colors may appear slightly warmer, cooler, or more saturated than what you see on your device. This is a normal characteristic of the print process and not a defect. If color accuracy is critical for your project, contact us to discuss your expectations before ordering.
What walls are suitable for installation?
Install only on solid white or very light, evenly colored walls. Dark or brightly colored backgrounds may bleed through the material and alter the final appearance of the mural. The wall surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and free of dust or grease.
Can I trim the mural to fit my wall?
Yes — standard sizes are designed to allow trimming on site. Always trim after installation, not before, and follow the installation guide included with your order.
Can I return my mural?
Because every mural is printed after purchase specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selected at checkout. If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will reprint or refund — contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What should I do before installing?
Before hanging any panel, lay all numbered panels on the floor and inspect them for alignment, size, and print quality. Once any panel has been applied to the wall, the product is considered accepted and no claims can be processed.
How do I report a problem with my order?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We review every case personally and respond within 2 business days.
