These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the purchase of products from The Fine Art Murals ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 1. Products
All wall murals are printed on demand, after purchase. We do not hold stock inventory. Product images and colors on screen may vary slightly from the final printed result due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions.

 2. Orders & Payment
By completing a purchase, you confirm that all order details — including size, material, and design — are correct. Orders go into production immediately after payment is confirmed. We are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun.

 3. Shipping
Orders are produced and shipped from our print facility in Europe. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

 4. Returns & Refunds
Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or personal preference. Refunds or reprints are issued only in cases of production defects or shipping damage, subject to our Refund Policy.

 5. Installation
We assume no responsibility for the installation process. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the installation guide provided with the order. All panels must be inspected before installation begins. Once any panel has been applied to the wall, the product is considered accepted.

 6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of The Fine Art Murals and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

 8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
