What is Peel & Stick?

Peel & Stick wall murals let you transform your space without mixing or applying separate wallpaper paste. Simply peel away the backing and position each panel on a properly prepared wall. It’s a convenient way to bring statement artwork into your home.

Benefits of Peel & Stick Murals

No separate glue or water activation

The adhesive is already on the back of the material. Unlike traditional unpasted materials, there is no separate paste to apply, and unlike prepasted materials, the backing does not need to be activated with water. This removes a step from installation, although careful measuring, alignment, and wall preparation are still important.

A fresh look for your space

A mural can turn an accent wall into the focal point of a living room, bedroom, home office, or other interior. Choose artwork that reflects your style, from botanical designs and scenic landscapes to vintage illustrations and expressive fine art.

Two premium textures, both matte

Our Peel & Stick Textile and Peel & Stick Vinyl both have a matte finish. The difference is in their texture and material, not in whether they are matte.

  • Peel & Stick Textile: PVC-free polyester fabric with a refined textile texture. It is designed to be repositioned during installation and removed cleanly from suitable, properly prepared surfaces.
  • Peel & Stick Vinyl: durable vinyl with a canvas-like texture, water and scratch resistance, and a matte finish. It is designed for clean removal from most properly prepared walls.

Removable when it is time for a change

Our Peel & Stick materials are designed to be removable from suitable walls. This can make them appealing when you want the option to update your decor later. Removal results depend on the paint, wall condition, preparation, and installation; damage-free removal cannot be guaranteed for every surface.

Standard and custom sizes

Choose from our ready-made mural sizes or send your wall dimensions and selected design through the Custom Wall Mural form. Custom requests are reviewed with you before the order is finalized.

Practical Installation Tips

  1. Measure first. Check the full width and height of your wall and choose a mural that covers the entire area.
  2. Inspect before hanging. Lay out all numbered panels and check the dimensions, print quality, and pattern alignment before installation.
  3. Start carefully at the top. Following your included installation guide, peel back a small section of the liner and align the first panel carefully. Do not remove the entire backing at once.
  4. Work gradually. Continue removing the liner as you apply the panel, smoothing the material gently as directed in the guide. Avoid pulling or stretching it.
  5. Match the panels edge to edge. Our murals are designed for a butt-joint fit with no overlap. Follow the numbered panel order and check the pattern as you go.
  6. Trim at the end. Trim excess material after hanging, following the instructions included with your order.

What to Know Before Choosing Peel & Stick

Your wall must be smooth, clean, dry, and solid white or very light in color. Peel & Stick is not suitable for textured walls. Fresh paint must cure for at least 4 weeks, or longer if specified by the paint manufacturer. Non-stick or washable paints, including scrubbable, stain-resistant, and scuff-proof finishes, require a mural-specific primer before installation.

Thinking About a Rental?

Peel & Stick may be an option for a rental with suitable walls. Check with your landlord or review your lease before installation. A removable mural still needs the right wall surface and paint condition.

Whether you are creating a quiet backdrop or a dramatic focal point, Peel & Stick offers a convenient way to bring your chosen artwork into your home without separate paste.
